Job Title:  Microsoft Great Plains Consultant


A Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultant will perform financial system implementations, installations and customizations, as well as technical support and upgrades from legacy applications.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide implementation consulting for Microsoft Great Plains modules including, but not limited to GL, AP, AR, payroll, and inventory
  • Demonstrate the ability to gather requirements, develop design specification documents and also perform tasks such as configuration, testing, data manipulation and documentation
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving skills and an ability to resolve application issues
  • Develop basic understanding of the client technical environment along with being able to assess client needs and provide recommendations to meet those needs
  • Assist with client support calls and service tickets, both on and off site


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Dynamics GP, NAV, AX and/or Dynamics CRM preferred. Experience with Management Reporter, MS-SQL or MCSE is also a plus
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Exhibit a strong knowledge of technical and business operations knowledge that he/she is able to apply to customer’s technical issues and problems
  • Possess a BA in accounting or Technology discipline
  • 2+ years field experience in accounting or software related field


Job Title:  Network and Cloud Product Administration


This exciting position is responsible for providing Network Administration functions for physical and/or virtual networks.   The successful applicant will provide customer support to end users, perform routine system maintenance, troubleshoot network issues and implement new Microsoft Technology.  The successful applicant will be required to perform the following functions for systems / networks / workstations to our growing customer base.

  • Prioritize tickets by SLA and Severity
  • Coordinate with End Users to perform troubleshooting and Maintenance
  • Follow appriopriate escalation procedures
  • Assist with virus.malware removal on supported workstations
  • Provide administration, support and recommendations for Microsoft Office 365 Products and Azure
  • Assist with migration for on-prem to Cloud projects
  • Provide assistance installing patches and service packs
  • Monitor, research and correct event log errors
  • Follow Up on Alerts and Exceptions
  • Research application, hardware, software compatibility
  • Follow and document best practice backup routines for disaster recovery planning
  • Provide training for  internal or client staff on new technology

Basic Knowledge o f an experience with

  • Desktop operating systems (7,8,8.1 and 10) and Desktop Hardware
  • Windows Server 2008,2008 R2, 2012, 20212R2
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Office 365 Licensing and Administration
  • Windows Server Active Directory
  • Networking, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, Routers, Switches and Wireless equipment
  • RMM and PSA Software

The successful candidate will need to possess or obtain the following skills in order to successfully complete the required tasks

  • MCSP- Windows Network, Azure Infrastructure or Equivalent Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely well organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Superior documentation and time management skills
  • Ability to work w ell independently and under pressure with little or no supervision
  • Reliable transportation for site visits to local customers
